0.7 Update, Day 3 - Internal Overhaul and Now Packed With EMP!

Reworked the whole internal handling for stats and effects. Unfortunately this was necessary to introduce a new core ability: EMPs!

Get rid of enemy's shields, and action abilities... Simply EMP'em!

Should also make the final boss fight easier, now that you can effectively "stun" him.

As usual, all VFX look best on the downloaded Windows version. Sadly, the OpenGL/Web version does not support the nice looking Unity Visual Effect system.
